SWOT analysis

Conducting a SWOT analysis after doing a project or task is essential to discover ways to improve. Our team’s analysis brought about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that we encountered while doing our interview.

While doing the SWOT analysis, our team observed our way of interviewing, the process, and the outcome. To conclude our SWOT analysis, we observed that we work well as a group, we have the chemistry to successfully conduct even more future interviews. But with this in mind, we still have present limitations in regards to the necessary skills that we need. The analysis allowed us to discover these limitations and weaknesses, and it will help us learn and improve for future tasks.
